Belarus and Russia may consider common constitution project in July
Such issues as the project of the Union Constitution will start being discussed at a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Union State of Belarus and Russia in July. The state secretary of the Union State Pavel Baradzin has claimed it, reports “Interfax-West”.
