Belarus on copyright violator black list
Belarus has been put on a "black list" of copyright violators, according to the report released by US Department of Trade. The report lists 77 countries, including 12 that are described as "the most unsecure nations". Luckily, Belarus is not amongst them. Russia and China top this 'black list'. Our country was entered into the "countries that cause alarm" category along with neighbors Poland and Ukraine.
