Belarus to cut rubel loan interest rates down to 15% in June
Belarus' Central Bank chairman Piotr Prakapovich has promised Alexander Lukashenka that commercial banks will reduce interest rates down to 15 percent p.a. already in June. According to Prakapovich, Central Bank will send relevant recommendations to the banks. The Central Bank chairman noted that the reduction of interest rate down to 15 percent will allow to return to the pre-crisis system of the regulation of loan interest rates: the refinancing rate of +3%, reports AFN.
