Belarus foreign ministry regrets scale of gas conflict

“We regret that the issue has gained such a scale and acuteness", Belarus' foreign ministry's spokesman Andrei Savinykh said at a news briefing on June 24. "One should display sense and an ability to reach constructive solutions on all the disagreements". Mr Sabinykh expressed hope that the 'gas conflict' would soon be settled with an adequate solution which is compatible with a high level of political friendly contacts.
