importer of alcoholic beverages from Moldova. It bought $22.5-million
worth of liquor in the first six months of the year.

imports from Moldova
rose by three percent this year. Russia,
the second largest importer, bought $21.5-million worth of liquor from that
country, followed by Ukraine
and Kazakhstan,
