Belarus policemen to get new winter hats

Police officers in Belarus are expected to receive new winter hats. According to the finances and rear department at the Interior Ministry, the new hat will resemble a sheep fur hat of Russian senior navy officers.
Ear flaps are envisaged to protect ears from freezing.

The hat has already undergone tests at one of the police units, but it is too early to say that it will be part of the winter uniform as it has not yet been approved by the Interior Minister, reports Interfax
