Belarus reports 6.6 percent inflation in Jan-May 2008
Consumption costs in May 2008 in Belarus grew 1.3 percent against 1.2 percent in April; 0.8 percent in March; 0.7 percent in February and 2.5 percent in January, reports Interfax. In January-May 2008, inflation in Belarus reached 6.6 percent against 3.2 percent in the same period of 2007.
The annual inflation in May 2008 rose to 15.8 percent.
