Belarus reports 80% growth of currency reserves
The National Bank of Belarus said the gold and currency reserves of this country grew by 79.7 percent ($1,398.2 million) in January-September 2007, reports Belta. As of October 1, the reserves totalled $3,151.5 million.
The National Bank also noted that Belarus plans to increase foreign reserves up to $6 billion by 2010.
