Belarus, Russia postpone talks over Russian electricity transit
Belarus' state energy company Belenergo and Russia's Inter RAO EES have postponed negotiations for an indefinite period of time, reports Interfax news agency. The talks deal with the supplies of Russian electricity via Belarus to the Baltic states and the Kalinigrad region, Russia's enclave in the Baltic Sea region. The Belarusian energy ministry said the date of talks was postponed due to technical problems, not by disagreements during the negotiations. However, the sides have not yet approved the date for a new round of talks.
