Belarus swindler arrested in St Petersburg
A Belarus national was detained in St Petersburg, Russia and charged with running a criminal group of swindlers that included Italian citizens. According to mr7.ru, the Belarusian is 29 years old. Together with the Italians, he would offer Honda equipment to local businessmen. Upon receiving the money, they would immediately disappear.
