Belarusian hangs himself in confinement cell in Kaliningrad Region of Russia

A 29-year-old Belarusian citizen hanged himself in a resort town of Svetlogorsk in Kaliningrad Region of Russia. He had been detained by the police for an administrative infringement.

An information agency Regnum reports that he ended his days in the confinement cell of a local police office. According to the preliminary information, the man made a noose with the help of his socks. The investigation of this tragic incident is in process.
