Belarusian railwaymen smuggled 500 thousand cigarettes
Latvian frontier guards confiscated 580 thousand smuggled cigarettes during a check-up in the locomotive of a Belarusian freight train. According to Gorod.lv, frontier guards have found a secrete place in the locomotive. It contained cigarettes “Premier” with Belarusian documentary stamps. The Contraband was hidden in a box and put in an air trunk.
The cigarettes belonged to the 30-year-old engine driver and his 27-year-old assistant.
