Belarusians convicted for murder in Russia
Belarusian nationals faced trials on criminal charges in different regions of Russia. In Kaliningrad, Piotr Kazlouski, 30 was sentenced to six years in prison for murder. In May 2007, he made 20 knife stabs on a local resident after the latter had allegedly "abused the Belarusian national", reports Interfax.
In Karelia, two Belarus citizens were sent behind bars for killing two Russians and one Belarus national who witnessed the murder.
The Supreme Court of Karelia sentenced one of the killer to 20 years in prison, while his assistant received 15 years in a high-security prison, reports stolica.onego.ru
