Belarusians’ flats not to be heated till October 15?
Central heating can be turned on in Belarus either on October 15 or when the average daily temperature stays below 8 degrees Celsius for five days on end. However, the average daily temperature will keep changing from 5 to 11 degrees exceeding +8 or being below it for the next two weeks, inform weather forecasters. However, +8 is not a dogma, claims “Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus”. If it suddenly becomes very cold or, say, starts snowing, the communal services promise not to wait for 5 days.
It is quite possible that central heating will soon be turned on in kindergartens, hospitals and schools. However, the final decision has not been taken yet.
