BELSAT welcomes advices from experts' board

The delegation of the United Pro-Democracy Forces (UDF), on a visit toWarsaw, met with the management of the Belsat satellite TV channel which broadcasts into Belarus. During the meeting, Belsat welcomed the initiative of the UDF's National Committee over the establishment of a public council at at the TV channel. Belsat agreed that this measure would help improve the quality of the channel's programming.

The council is expected to comprise prominet public figures who will offer expert analysis of this TV channel's operation, reports the press office of the United Civic Party.
