Bicycle thefts on the rise in Minsk region
The theft of bicycles in the Minsk has been on the rise recently. The police told Belapan news agency over 200 citizens have reported bicycle thefts, including very expensive bicycle, since early this year. In most cases, owners would leave their bicycles unattended on streets, near shops or houses.
