Blaze at arts college dormitory in Minsk
30 people were evacuated from a dormitory of the arts college in Minsk due to fire on November 30, reports Belapan news agency.
The fire broke in a room on the sixth floor. It was caused by a TV set left plugged into electricity. Students were evacuated from the sixth and seventh floors.
The fire was quickly put out, because students had started fighting the blaze themselves before rescuers arrived.
