Border guards arrest phone smuggler in eastern Belarus
Border guards in the Homel region have detained a man who was carrying 100 mobile phones in his Volkswagen. The smuggler was set up near the Belarus-Ukraine border. The phones, worth $30,000, were illegally imported from Ukraine, officials told Belapan news agency.
