Brest opposition members invite deputies of House of Representatives to meeting
Brest opposition members have proposed a meeting to three deputies of the House of Representatives elected to represent this regional centre. Letters have been sent to AlehVyalіchka, Svyatlana Gіl and Valyantsіna Kachan. Deputies are required “to discuss pressing issues of civil, political, social and economic life” of Belarus and Brest. The meeting is planned to take place in the office of an independent newspaper “Brestski Kurjer” on September 26.
Activists have already prepared a number of questions concerning activities of political parties, facts of dismissal of people for political reasons, problems of mass media and cancellation of social benefits.
