Car explodes in centre of Moscow

A car exploded in the centre of the Russian capital this morning. The driver was injured.
According to experts, the explosive assembly was attached to the bottom part of the “Volvo” parked near a block of flats. The explosion occurred when the owner started the car.

The driver was delivered to hospital with a leg injury. No one else suffered in the explosion. The air-blast smashed panes in the nearby house. Special services are working on the spot now. The way the explosion occurred and the personality of the owner of the car are being studied.
