Case connected with detention of Belarusians started against Ukrainian policemen
Zhytomir Region Office of the Public Prosecutor started a criminal case against the policemen of the drug abuse prevention department on November 10. They are accused of violating the sanctity of the home and power abuse, inform “Bagnet”.
Let us remind you that policemen rushed into the flat where a Belarusian Ihar Koktysh (participant of “the case of 14”), his wife and other Belarusian political refugees lived on November 3. According to the Office of the Public Prosecutor, the police did not have a sufficient legal cause to do it. They also used violence, insulted the aggrieved party and conducted an illegal search of the flat.
