Cats presented to presidential candidates in Vitsebsk
Another presidential candidate leaves Vitsebsk with a cat. A local craft artist Lilia Ivanova has presented a souvenir - a couple of cats made of salty pastry - to Jaraslau Ramanchuk at the meeting with voters, hinting that the politician had already announced his soon wedding. Andrej Sannikau also left Vitsebsk with the trademark Ivanova cat on December 10. He conducted a meeting with voters in the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity.
Sannikau is a champion among all the other candidates with regard to quantity of Vitsebskers coming to the meeting. About 270 people came to see him - there were just several empty seats in the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity's hall.
The meeting did not last long as Andrej Sannikau had to hurry to another meeting with voters in Novapolatsk. However, the Vitsebskers managed to ask the questions which worried them, and take a picture with the candidate.
