Celebration of “Belsat”’s anniversary starts with electricity supply network failure
The celebration of the second anniversary of “Belsat” TV channel in a Minsk club “Graffiti” was deranged due to an electricity supply network failure.
According to a representative of the channel, there was an agreement with the club’s administration according to which they had to give them room to conduct the event.
However, when the organizers of the celebration approached the building, they were informed that that it was impossible due to an electricity supply network failure.
A similar situation occurred last year when the channel staff were going to celebrate the channel’s anniversary. However, journalists were warned in advance and had time to find an alternative. But this year “Belsat” got to know about “the electricity supply network failure” 20 minutes before the celebration, reports BelaPAN.
Let us remind you that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has already refused to open the channel’s office of the correspondent in Belarus. The channel received the last refusal on December 8.
