Children splash fake cash in Salihorsk
The police in Svetlahorsk detained eight schoolchildren who routinely paid for their shopping in fake banknotes.
While on vacations, teenagers produced Br10,000 and Br20,000 banknotes, using an ordinary color copier. They were caught when trying to pay with the fake money in a local shop.
The perpetrators will not face criminal prosecution due to the young age, but will definitely be monitored by the police.
