Chinese national detained in Russia on train from Belarus
Chinese national Sun Tzyan was detained in the Russian border town of Nevel when trying to cross the border with Russia without a visa on a Minsk-St.Petersburg train, reports PLN. The Chinese is facing a fine of up to Rur200,000 or up to two years in prison.
