CIS observers officially start watching electoral campaign
CIS observers officially start watching the electoral campaign in Belarus since today. The mission is headed by the CIS Executive Secretary Siarhej Lebedzeu. He is the one who has received the International Observer's Certificate No. 1.
CIS has become the first international structure which applied for registration of its represetatives as observers at the presidential elections in Belarus.
