Civil activists detained outside of Belarus capital
Police today in the morning detained the activists of entrepreneurship movement in Belarus, Viktar Kryval and Aliaksandr Tsatsura. The latter was held together with this son and wife outside of Minsk.
The entrepreneurs wanted to join a rally that is taking place on October Square in Minsk. Tsatsura is currently being held at the Minsk District Police Department.
“We were stopped by the traffic police on the grounds that I was allegedly moving on the wrong lane. However, I didn't violate the moving rules. The officers ordered me to go to the police station, but I refused to do so. They seized my IDs and started writing something. We figured out that it would take them long, so we closed the car and told them we were going to walk. After we did so, the traffic officers called for a police patrol who detained us and took us to a police station," Tsatsura told the European Radio for Belarus.
