Civil hearing on Belarusian NPP to take place in Latvia soon

A civil hearing dedicated to the materials describing the influence of the Belarusian NPP on the environment will take place in Latvia soon. According to BelTA, the deputy Belarusian Minister of Energy Mihail Mihadzyuk has informed about it.

The official has noted that all the remarks and suggestions made by Latvia during the civil hearing will be taken into account in the documents on the Belarusian NPP.

As ERB informed, a civil hearing of materials describing the influence of the Belarusian NPP on the environment took place in Lithuania the other day. Lithuanian ecologists opposed to the construction of the nuclear power plant near Astravets.
