Court's refusal to change restrictive measures against Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu claimed
The lawyer of the ex-presidential candidate Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu Uladzimir Bukshtynau has claimed the decision of the Central district court of Minsk on refusal to change the restrictive measures against Nyaklyaeu in Minsk city court. He informed this to BelaPAN.
Let us remind you, the Central district court of Minsk declined Bukshtynau's claim to change resrictive measures against his client on January 6. According to the lawyer, the main reason for this decision was the fact that the politician was accused of committing an extremely malicious crime.
"I have filed a claim to the Minsk city court on that very day. As there were holidays and the week-end, all the documents of my claim should arrive to the Minsk city court today, on January 10. The court is supposed to consider it within 3 days, that means, a session dedicated to consideration of my claim will take place on Wednesday-Thursday", — Bukshtynau said.
The lawyer said he was denied access to his client last year, so he had no information about his condition.
