Crashed passengers might be flying to Minsk to play in casino
Passengers
of the the Hawker-125-800B executive jet that
crashed near Minsk on Monday had asked the Minsk-based company Shangryla to
book an hotel, Interfax Zapad
reported.
The company
has recently opened a casino on Kirava
Street in Minsk .
Passengers might be its regular clients. After restrictions were imposed on
gambling businesses in Russia ,
many Russian executives have been playing in casinos in Belarus .
The plane
belonged to S-Air, a Moscow-based company that runs a fleet of luxuriously
appointed private jets. S-Air is a small private company, which provides
charter services to top-level executives and government officials. Its fleet
comprises several Yak-42D, Tu-134, Yak-40, Hawker-125-700B and Hawker-125-800B
planes.
