Customs officials in Pinsk to count 'grey' businessmen

Customs officials will team up with border guards and revenue authority inspectors to set up a database of "shuttle traders".  In the areas bordering with Ukraine, there are many people who are not officially registered as entrepreneurs. However, they regularly cross the border with huge lots of merchandise. The describe this merchandise as personal belongings and do not pay customs duties or taxes.

Those 'grey' entrepreneurs will be entered into a special database and penalized for illegal operation. They could also be banned from leaving the country.
