Czech Republic's Ministry for Foreign Affairs calls on Belarusian authorities to be "reserved at the maximum"
Czech Republic's Ministry for Foreign affairs "fully shares" the preliminary conclusions of the ODIHR OSCE's observers that "Belarus has to come a long way to fulfill its obligations before OSCE".
Czech foreign ministry declared "deep concern with regard to acts of violence during the presidential election in Belarus", says the statement published at the web-site of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in the evening on December 20. The Ministry "condemns broad use of force against the demonstrants by the authorities" and "is deeply concerned by detention of the opposition activists, including the presidential candidates".
Czech foreign ministry has an intention "to watch the development of the situation in Belarus closely" and calls on the Belarusian authorities to be "reserved at the maximum", reports BelaPAN.
