Date of first court hearing on "Autoradio" case to be appointed today

A preliminary session on the "Autoradio"'s case has started today in the Supreme Economic Court at 11 a.m. This session is dedicated to consideration of documents and appointment of the first court hearing's date.  "Autoradio"'s director Jury Bazan has informed this to Euroradio:

"This is a preliminary session. They will consider all the documents. They will identify the parties' representatives, and the set of documents. No decisions are to be taken at this session. They will appoint the date of the first substantional hearing".

Let us remind you, the Ministry of Information has forbidden "Autoradio" to broadcast after the election for "calls for extremist actions". Advertisements of some opposition candidates were on air on "Autoradio". Now the radio's administration is trying to claim the decision of the Ministry of Information.
