Dead baby found in Vitsebsk
A dead baby girl was found in the landfill of Vitsebsk emergency hospital the other day. The baby was wrapped in a blanket, put in a box and packed in several packets. Katsrychnitski District Office of the Public Prosecutor has started an investigation of the fact. The baby had no injuries on her body but the police do no exclude the fact that the girl was killed.
