Deputy contender summoned to KGB

A Masty deputy contender Ales Zarembyuk received a subpoena from KGB late in the evening on April 14. The opposition member was obliged to come to Hrodna KGB affiliate on the morning of April 15. The reason for it was not mentioned in Zarembyuk’s subpoena. The policeman who brought it did not know it either.

Let us remind you that Zarembyuk claimed that the police were preparing provocations directed against him a few days ago. According to Zarembyuk, they want to start criminal cases against him to make him withdraw his candidature. The opposition member was detained near the Lithuanian-Belarusian border for 7 hours on April 11. His camera was confiscated and sent to KGB for an expertise.
