District authorities are shown to Pinsk villagers once a year

The ideology department of Pinsk District Executive Committee is conducting its usual event – Open Letter Day. “A box of complaints” is installed in the shop of the chosen village on this day.
Villagers put their requests to the authorities in the box. Ideology specialists work on the notes. District authorities arrive in the village on X-day. Villagers usually pose questions about pensions and the cancellation of benefits.

Officials solve several minor problems on the spot. All the present are satisfied and leave to wait for one more year.
