Do executive committees have rates of output in collecting signatures for Lukashenka?

Navapolatsk City Executive Committee has informed the administrations of enterprises about the compulsory quota in the collection of signatures in support of Alyaksandr Lukashenka at the presidential elections. Heads of enterprises have been ordered to provide the corresponding rates of output. The city executive committee has also advised how they have to demand workers’ agreement to give their signatures and what to do if they refuse, notes a website “Vyasna”. Signature collectors should tell those who refuse to give their signatures that a signature does not oblige them to vote for Alyaksandr Lukashenka and that it only gives the state leader an opportunity to run for President again.
