Do workers of “Neman” glass factory get paid on time only before elections?

Workers of Byaroza glass factory “Neman” have been receiving backpays for about a year. A worker of the plant Syarhei Trafimchyk has informed ERB about it.
Trafimchyk: "Workers got their May wage on June 30. However, the first part of the wage was supposed to be given to them from June 10 till June 23. The only time when they paid us on time was right before the elections. Probably, it was caused by the fact that the director of the plant Ihar Batsyan was running for deputy in Byaroza city council and in Lida city council. According to the contract, wages have to be paid twice a month; however, it has not been fulfilled for a long time already."

Let us note that a criminal case was started against the director of the glass factory Ihar Batsyan and his economy deputy Ina Klishevich in May 2010. According to some information, the criminal case was started because Batsyan and Klishevich had caused a loss of 73 billion rubles to the enterprise in 2007-2009.
