Dozens of soccer hooligans fined in Minsk
Forty-four
hooligans were fined following a fight between rival gangs of fans
of soccer clubs MTZ-RIPO and Dynama Brest. The fines ranged between three and
25 times the Base Rate, which currently amounts to 35,000 rubels, BelaPAN
reported.
The clashes, apparently pre-planned, took place ahead of a game between
MTZ-RIPO and Dynama Brest that was scheduled for Sunday evening.
