Drinking amateurs to be checked at home and at work
The Belarusian Ministry of Internal Affairs has initiated a campaign aimed at “dealcoholization” of the population.
Drinking beer in the street may be forbidden. Check-ups of houses and garages to find spots of illegal production of alcoholic beverages will also be conducted.
Mobile groups of policemen, representatives of the public and journalists will be checking citizens suffering from alcohol abuse at home and at work.
The efficiency of the work of the commission on prevention of hard drinking will be assessed at enterprises and in organizations.
