Elections: Boycott supporters called "minor hooligans" in Brest

Opposition activists Yauhen Skrabets and Mikhail Ilyin in Brest were sentenced to five days of administrative arrest on "minor hooliganism" charges. The police detained the youths in the night when they were sticking leaflets calling to boycott the upcoming parliamentary elections. Officers searched Ilyin's apartment and confiscated several copies of Narodnaya Volya opposition newspaper and election leaflets.
