Enterprises in Minsk told to save $100mn in 2008

Mikhail Paulau, the Mayor of Minsk, has tasked the Minsk-based enterprises to save up to $100 million in energy resources in 2008. The municipal  STV television channel reports that experts "were embarrased" with this plan.
Mikhail Paulau expressed dissatisfaction with how the Minsk-based enterprises performed in terms of energy saving this winter.
