EU Council creates European External Action Service
Foreign Ministers of the EU Council have announced the creation of the European External Action Service. Europe needs a structure that will protect its interests and values in the world that is getting more and more complicated. The European External Action Service is expected to be launched on December 1, 2010, reports BelaPAN. It will have a staff of 6 thousands. 1.5 thousand people will work in Brussels and the rest of the staff will work in 136 EU missions all over the world.
