European club opens in Vitsebsk
A presentation of the European club started in Vitsebsk on November 14. Meetings of the club are planned to be held weekly. The organizers are going to prepare a discussion and invite representatives of political parties, civil associations and local authorities to it soon. The European club is also going to organize courses of Belarusian with the help of the Association of the Belarusian Language to help it become a state language again.
