Ex-President of Interpol imprisoned for 15 years

A former president of Interpol and former head of the police of the South African Republic Jackie Selebi has been imprisoned for 15 years, reports Radio Liberty. The court has announced that Selebi got 166 thousand dollars from criminal groupings in 2000-2005. He accepted bribes even from drug dealers sentenced to imprisonment. A famous drug dealer provided the president of Interpol with designer clothes in exchange for confidential information.
