Exiled parliament asks Belarus not to recognise Abkhazia

The parliament of Abkhazia in exile has appealed the House of Representatives of Belarus not to recognise the independence of Abkhazia, reports the web site of United Civic Party.
The appeal expresses hope that the Belarusian lawmakers will treat this issue "with high responsibility and taking into account the reaction of the international community”.

The Tbilisi-based exiled parliament of Abkhazia supports the republic's autonomy as part of Georgia.
