“Fair World” fails to include its members in election committees in Vitsebsk

October and Pershamaiski District Courts have dismissed the appeals of 17 members of the “Fair World” party who have not been included in district election committees, reports Radio Liberty. Thus, a representative of October District explained in court that the party members were not included in the election committees because they had avoided working in the election committees earlier. As a result, it was decided that district election committees had been created properly and that 8 members of “Fair World” were not included in them on legal ground. The party members could not dispute it because the head of the regional affiliate of the party Anatol Rodzik had not been allowed to take part in the hearing.

The hearing in Pershamaiski District Court resembled it. It was decided that the complaint of “Fair World” was groundless.
