First "low-budget" house being built in Pinsk
Builders in Pinsk have begun constructing a multi-storey building in the new spleeping district Lugi-3. The city authorities pland to refund a huge money allocated for the project through mortgages. A total of 53 new houses will be built in Lugi-3, including 12 by 2010.
