First victim of cold weather registered in Minsk
The first homeless woman has died of supercooling in Minsk since the cold weather set in. The office of the Public Prosecutor is investigating her death. The woman was about 50 years old. BelaPAN informs that the woman was found on the territory of the 5th clinical hospital on the evening of October 17. She was delivered to the same hospital. However, the woman died of supercooling a few hours later.
