Five presidential contenders collected more than 100 thousand signatures
Economist Viktar Tsiareshchanka has become the fifth contender who collected more than 100 thousand signatures. As it was informed to the agency BelaPAN by the contender himself, his nomination group has collected about 104 thousand signatures so far.
Let us remind you that nomination groups of the current leader of the country Aliaksandr Lukashenka, the leader of the "Tell the Truth!" campaign Uladzimir Nyaklyaeu, the Vice-Chairman of the United Civic Party Jaraslau Ramanchuk and the leader of the "European Belarus" campaign Andrej Sannikau have also collected more than 100 thousand signatures.
On the whole, about 14 nomination groups are collecting signatures. Signature collection is to be finished by October 29.
